About
Psychology Made Useful

I’m Abi White, an organisational psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience working with leaders and organisations across the UK, Middle East and internationally.
My work combines psychological insight with practical organisational experience. I design and deliver leadership development, assessment and selection, and executive coaching, helping organisations understand their people, make better decisions and develop stronger leaders.
I believe organisational psychology is most valuable when it translates into something useful: greater self-awareness, better conversations, stronger leadership and more informed people decisions.

Thinking and Insights
Learning That Sticks
Why so much leadership development fails to translate into lasting behaviour change — and what psychology tells us about designing learning that actually transfers back to the workplace.
Getting Selection Right
Hiring decisions are too important to rely on instinct alone. How rigorous assessment and psychometrics can reduce bias, improve decision-making and increase the likelihood of getting the right person in the right role.
Psychological Safety & Culture
Psychological safety is about more than creating a comfortable workplace. How trust, challenge and organisational culture shape whether people speak up, take risks, learn and perform.
